First-timers / Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 20-30 minutes before class.
Give yourself about 3 hours to digest your food after a meal before you take class (but please don’t fast entirely— you will need energy for this class!)
Drink plenty of water up to one hour before class.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable (you’ll sweat!)
Stay inside the hot room for the duration of class.
Bring a yoga mat, large towel to cover your mat, and bottle of water.
Rental mats and towels are available.
Your goal is simply to stay in the room (just sit or lie down if you get overwhelmed).
Studio Etiquette
Be on time. (No admittance after class starts.)
Observe silence in the hot room at all times.
Stay in the hot room until the teacher says, “Namaste” at the end of class.
Use the restrooms before class — do not go in and out of the room during class.
Leave all personal belongings (cell phones on silent) in cubbies.
Put smart watches on do-not-disturb mode.
Limit your shower to 2 minutes.
If you are not feeling well in any way, please do not come to class.
